mini patch for Cord Wrap

Steve Bedair needed a patch to allow turning Cord Wrap on and off
for his various mounts... and other people may want to use it too
(i do NOT recommend it for telescopes with hard stops, such as
the ETX90 and ETX125).

What it does is change the "CORD WRAP always ON" to a true
On/Off choice set, for -all- models of telescope.

This patch can be added to the current v22eR patch, or be used
standalone.  Chose the set depending upon your chosen Updater.

The New Updater has more bytes, since the patch has to correct the
checksum of the rom file, as well as simply change the instructions.
