Subject: ETX 90 Focus Cable Sent: Monday, May 9, 2005 11:09:11 From: Tom Mordasky (mordaskyt@mac.com) This has been discussed quite a bit on your site. I have owned my ETX-90 for about 5 years now. The only thing I found to be consistently disappointing was the focus knob. Every time you touch it the scope vibrates so much that you have to wait for the motion to stop before you can even see the results of your adjustment. For about $5 US I built the flexible focus cable described on you site, since the parts all came in packages of 2 I was able to construct a second one that I will pass along to a friend with the same scope. Thanks for a great site! Parts: I could only find plastic spacers, aluminum would have been better. Assembled knob Works Great!
