I am new to astronomy my wife bought me a ds 2114 for xmas this year. I
have been having a great time with it. I did due some mods on it. First
the hand box mounted with old cellphone holder. Second attached a
cometron 60 refractor so two people could observe at one time. Third I
made new mount for this scope a peir type I love it also power to the
scope no charging batts. anymore. Also she got me a LPI for this scope.
I realize I will need larger and better scope for this but I keep trying
to use it. So in conclusion I sent some pics if this helps anyone out I
will be glad to help.
