Flawed, dangerous, unfair Satellite TV Regulation

Local lives put at risk and local businesses harmed

Southern Pinal County TV survey ending soon!

1 June 2023: In April 2023, a postcard with information about an online Satellite TV usage survey was mailed to 13,638 households in Pinal County. Every household in southern Pinal County is requested to submit a response to ensure the proper impacts of not receiving Tucson TV stations are known. If you have not yet responded to the short survey, which takes only a few seconds to complete, PLEASE DO SO NOW as the survey will end soon. The information that Pinal County is collecting is vital to overturn the dangerous and unfair Federal Government regulation that harms southern Pinal County citizens.

According to the County, each member of every household is eligible to respond. And you do not need to be a satellite TV customer to respond as it is important to demonstrate to the FCC that southern Pinal County is more closely aligned to the Tucson TV market rather than the Phoenix TV market.
