Winter storm. Rain continued from 29 December overnight. The temperature dropped 10 degrees to 30°F in about 5 minutes at 0630 MST. The rain then turned to snow. The temperature was 27°F at 1219 MST, with snow continuing and the wind blowing >20 MPH. Snow ended mid-afternoon.
