LEVELING THE 884 TRIPOD

Pardon me if this has been submitted before.

After a lot of goto errors which seemed rather random at first, I
finally noticed this: the 884 tripod, (at least mine), is not "exactly" level in
the default alt/az level position.
 
That is, by leveling the tripod BASE UNDER the polar mount tilt plate
the telescope mounting plate was not level North to South.
 
This was a very small amount but it transferred into substantial goto
errors due to the telescope not being exactly level in 360 degrees of
rotation.

For me it was a simple fix; a thin flat washer under the "stop" of the
polor mount bar.
