SYNCed observatory clock to WWV time signals.

1856 MST: LX600 ON, StarLock OFF, High Precision OFF.

Viewed Venus, 102X and 443X.

Mounted the iPhone 13 Pro Max on the 2" 5.5mm eyepiece using the Levenhuk adapter (no LiDAR cover). Took this afocal 443X image of Venus using NightCap Camera (ISO 34, 1/1500sec, 1X lens).

Did a 30fps 20 seconds video recording of Venus, afocal 443X, using NightCap Camera (ISO 34, 1/3077sec, 1X lens). This is a stack of the 612 video frames.

1912 MST: Sunset.

1915-1950 MST: Relaxed on the observatory patio bench while waiting for the sky to get darker. This panoramic photo was taken with the iPhone at 1918 MST. It shows the D850 DSLR on a camera tripod that I would use to photograph Venus projected by the 12" telescope onto the observatory dome.

Observed Venus, 443X and 102X.

2000 MST: Eastern sky was brightening from the rising just past Full Moon.

Viewed Mars, 102X and 443X. The planet's disc was very small but its gibbous phase was clearly seen.

2007 MST: LX600 OFF.
