Moon on Dome

When I arrived at Cassiopeia Observatory Tuesday evening, 12 November 2024, I took this iPhone 15 Pro Max photograph of the observatory with the planet Venus near the center.

12" f/8 LX600 w/StarLock
2" 24mm UWA eyepiece
Focal reducer
8-24mm zoom eyepiece
Camera:
iPhone 15 Pro Max
D850 DSLR
1809 MST: LX600 ON, StarLock OFF, High Precision OFF.
Viewed Venus, 102X.
Viewed Saturn, 102X.
Viewed the waxing gibbous Moon, 102X.
Prepared the D850 DSLR for imaging and mounted the camera at prime focus + focal reducer.
The Moon, 1/250sec, ISO 100.

I then did some lunar observing using the 8-24mm zoom eyepiece (305X to 102X).
Just before ending the session I used the 2" 24mm eyepiece (102X) to project the Moon onto the observatory dome, as seen in this handheld iPhone 15 Pro Max photo (Night Mode, 3 seconds, 1X lens).
1841 MST: LX600 OFF.
