After opening the observatory, I did a minor repair of the 2" star diagonal. I have posted a repair article.

1829-1900 MST: Relaxed on the observatory patio bench.

1850 MST: Sunset.

1902 MST: LX600 ON, StarLock OFF, High Precision OFF.

Viewed the Moon, 102X and 405X. There were many very nice sights along the lunar terminator at the high magnification.

Mounted the D850 DSLR at prime focus. Took this prime focus image of the Moon (1/125sec, ISO 400).

Added the 2" 4X Powermate and took these images of the Moon (1/100sec, ISO 4000).
