More Herschel 400 Galaxies

Sunday, 16 April 2023, was cloudy. The sky was clear on Monday, 17 April.
Open: Monday, 17 April 2023, 1838 MST Temperature: 71°F |
Session: 1853 Conditions: Clear |
Equipment:
12" f/8 LX600 w/StarLock
2" 24mm UWA eyepiece
Camera:
D850 DSLR
SYNCed observatory clock to WWV time signals.
1846 MST: Relaxed on the observatory patio bench.
1856 MST: Sunset.
1857 MST: LX600 ON, StarLock OFF, High Precision OFF.
Viewed Venus, 102X.
Prepared the D850 DSLR for galaxy imaging later.
1912 MST: Viewed the crescent Mercury, 102X.
1913 MST: Relaxed on the bench to watch the stars come out.
1934 MST: Back inside the observatory.
1938 MST: High Precision ON.
Slewed to NGC2742 (galaxy), which would be the first imaging target of the night.
Mounted the D850 DSLR at prime focus, focused on Capella, locked the 12" mirror, and slewed to NGC2742.
2004 MST: StarLock ON.
Took the following Herschel 400 Catalog galaxy images, StarLock autoguided, 5 minutes, ISO 3200.

NGC2787
2050 MST: Dome OFF.
Due to autoguiding issues, I was not able to get a good image of NGC2775. I will try again on the next session.
NGC2782
2116 MST: StarLock OFF.
SYNCed on Regulus. Viewed these Herschel 400 galaxies, 102X: NGC2811, NGC2841, NGC2859, NGC2903, and NGC2950.
2137 MST: Dome ON.
2139 MST: LX600 OFF.
2145 MST: Took a Sky Quality reading and reported the result to Globe at Night.
