Cloudy skies returned on Monday, 6 November 2017. Wednesday, 8 November, dawned with clearing skies, but clouds returned mid-day. Thursday, 9 November was clear.

12" f/8 LX600 w/StarLock
2" 24mm UWA eyepiece
1.25" 15mm eyepiece
Camera:
iPhone 8 Plus
2137 MST: LX600 ON, StarLock OFF, High Precision OFF.
Did some mirror lock tests.
2230 MST: ended tests.
Viewed M76 (Little Dumbbell Nebula, planetary nebula), 102X and 163X.
Mounted the iPhone 8 Plus on the 15mm eyepiece using the Levenhuk adapter. 2241 MST: StarLock ON.
This StarLock autoguided afocal 163X image of M76 (Little Dumbbell Nebula) was taken using the iOS app NightCap Camera (Long Exposure, Light Boost, ISO 8448, 1/3sec, 1 minute exposure):
2243 MST: StarLock OFF.
2245 MST: Wi-Fi ON. Did some tests of an upcoming release of the iOS app ScopeBoss using an iPad Pro 9.7". 2257 MST: Wi-Fi OFF.
2301 MST: LX600 OFF.
